Job Description:

  • Provide quality occupational therapy services
  • Assessment, intervention, program planning and implementation, discharge planning, related documentation and communication.
  • Supervises support personnel including occupational therapy assistants
  • Establishes a treatment plan in a fashion consistent with the referral sources specific orders
  • One-on-One patient care and no double booking/over lapping

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Indiana license
  • Must have or be eligible for state licensure or registration, required
  • CPR

FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs/wk) Days M-F - $5k sign-on bonus
