What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist position at Logansport Memorial Hospital?
Job Description:
- Provide quality occupational therapy services
- Assessment, intervention, program planning and implementation, discharge planning, related documentation and communication.
- Supervises support personnel including occupational therapy assistants
- Establishes a treatment plan in a fashion consistent with the referral sources specific orders
- One-on-One patient care and no double booking/over lapping
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Indiana license
- Must have or be eligible for state licensure or registration, required
- CPR
FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs/wk) Days M-F - $5k sign-on bonus
