RN - Surgery (Ambulatory/PACU)

Job Description:       

  • Responsible for the direct and indirect total nursing care of infants through geriatric patients as assigned 
  • Initial assessment at the time of admission and at timely intervals
  • Responsible for cleaning and stocking area
  • Provides patient with explanation of routine equipment and of condition      

Job Qualifications:        

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing    
  • Current Indiana RN license    
  • ACLS certified    
  • Previous knowledge/experience with surgery patients preferred
  • Previous RN experience, preferred but will consider new RN grads as well

FTE Status: 1.0 (40hrs/wk) M-F (Days, but start time may vary) with weekend/holiday/on-call rotation - 45 minute response time for Ambulatory on-call
