About Us:
Logic Commercial Real Estate is a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in Brokerage and Receivership Services. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Team Coordinator to join our team. This role combines strategic operational management, marketing coordination, and administrative support to drive team efficiency and organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Organize and track due diligence materials, escrows, commission collection, accounts receivable, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Maintain files and records for listings, closings, and business licensing.
- Manage subscription systems for property listings, including RealNex, LoopNet, and CoStar.
- Marketing Coordination:
- Oversee the marketing process for available properties by collaborating with the in-house marketing team.
- Create and update marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, email blasts, and mail campaigns.
- Administrative and Transaction Support:
- Coordinate and manage transaction processes, including contract preparation, review, and documentation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and transaction documentation (e.g., Letters of Intent, Listing Agreements).
- Team and Process Development:
- Develop and implement systems, procedures, and protocols to promote team efficiency.
- Track team activity and opportunities while ensuring the CRM platform is organized and up-to-date.
- Market Research and Data Management:
- Conduct market research and manage proprietary data to develop opportunities and relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and tenants.
- Gather, sort, and organize market data to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a focus on completing projects effectively.
- Real estate office experience is a plus, but not required.
