What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Consultant position at Logic Environmental, Inc.?
Well-established and respected environmental firm is seeking a mid-level environmental assessor and consultant to help us expand our assessment, remediation and regulatory compliance services. Our ideal candidates have a college-level or higher education in geology or environmental science and have at least five (5) years of relevant experience. Must be fluent in federal and Georgia environmental regulations, including UST, HSRA, Brownfields and VRP.
Candidates should be hard-working, clever, and, even if quiet, possess a good sense of humor. Writing and organizational abilities for preparation of comprehensive property reports is critical. Your writing should be flawless, and you must be adept with diverse software. Your ability to work autonomously and your interpersonal skills are key because of the direct contact you will have with clients. Some overnight travel may be required.
Salary range is $60,000 – 80,000, depending on experience. Medical and dental benefits are provided, as well as a subsidized retirement savings plan. Hybrid work schedule available after training period. Office is casual dress, including shorts in summer. Email resumé and cover letter.
