What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solutions Manager position at Logic Nebraska, LLC?
Solutions Manager
Location: Aurora, NE
Type: Full-time
Company: Logic Nebraska
About Us
At Logic Nebraska, we build custom software and AI solutions that help companies unlock their potential. We’re a small, talented team based in central Nebraska with a big mission: create opportunities for nerds and meaningfully boost the region’s GDP through technology. Our customers love us because we solve complex problems with minimal hand-holding, and we make tech feel approachable and human.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Solutions Manager to join our growing team and become the bridge between our customers and developers. You’ll take ownership of turning new customer ideas into clear project plans. This includes scoping work, drafting statements of work, and guiding clients through the contracting process. You'll work closely with our COO, CTO, and Founder — and free up their time to focus on what they do best.
If you’re part tech nerd, part people person — and you love taking vague ideas and turning them into actionable projects — we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients to understand their business goals, technical needs, and pain points.
- Work alongside the Founder to explore early-stage ideas with customers and shape them into viable projects.
- Draft statements of work (SOWs) and project scopes that clearly articulate deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure feasibility and technical accuracy in proposed work.
- Walk customers through contracts and ensure alignment before project kickoff.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our internal team as projects transition from planning to delivery.
- Help improve our scoping and planning process as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a talent for building relationships with non-technical stakeholders.
- A technical background — you don’t need to code, but you should understand how software is built.
- Experience writing or contributing to statements of work, project plans, or proposals.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas matter.
- Bonus: Experience in software consulting, technical sales, or client-facing project roles.
What You’ll Love
- A collaborative, relaxed, and mission-driven culture.
- Real ownership over your work — your ideas will shape how we grow.
- A chance to build cool stuff and help real people.
