  • Act as the office liaison by keeping up with office supply inventory, facilities maintenance, monthly parking passes, etc.
  • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned – such as personal events/calendars.

About you

  • You are warm and approachable with a ready smile and welcoming ear.

  • You are ambitious, thoughtful, and proactive, with the drive to meet and exceed expectations.
  • You stay cool under pressure, are resourceful, and focus on what you can deliver.
  • You often anticipate the needs of each project or person before you even get underway.
  • You are comfortable coordinating multiple schedules based on (at times) very hectic and complex calendars while juggling a variety of projects.
  • You always envision each step of how things will work and strive to prevent complications– whether you’re planning a day full of meetings, international travel, a training week for multiple groups, or a virtual team-building event.
