Job Description
As a program manager, you’ll drive critical initiatives while working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, exciting environment. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying deliverables, as well as managing workflows, structuring dynamic solutions based on client needs and feedback, and crafting communications with stakeholders. Along the way, you’ll support clients and fellow consultants to ensure quality delivery and professional growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver a training plan, including drafting materials, to educate employees on responsible AI principles, development and deployment considerations, and compliance requirements.
- Support our client's Responsible AI program's internal operations and program management, including tracking the team’s progress against our work plan and coordinating regular updates to key stakeholders on both operational and compliance metrics.
- Support Responsible AI Governance activities, like managing RAI-related agenda items for the AI Governance Council and coordinating input from multiple stakeholders, at multiple levels of seniority.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems are designed and implemented in line with eBay’s ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients- toughest business challenges. You will work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of program management experience in AI, technology ethics, risk management, policy/compliance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, ethical considerations, and relevant regulatory environments.
- Experience developing and implementing guidelines, training programs, and communication strategies.
- Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, and collaborating with a range of teams across an organization.
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working in the tech industry.
- Experience delivering strategic programs in partnership with teams across an organization.
- Experience with product development processes, AI and data governance frameworks, and/or compliance processes.
- Familiar with large language models or generative AI technologies.
Additional Information
At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target hourly pay range of $55 - $73.23 for this role. The final hourly rate offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
