We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at our fine dining establishment. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional committed to delivering a refined guest experience while managing an enthusiastic, well-trained team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, upholding quality standards and guest satisfaction.
- Train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house (FOH) staff, focusing on service standards and guest engagement.
- Manage opening setup and table arrangements and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and purchasing teams for inventory management and supply orders.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in restaurant management, ideally in fine dining.
- Proven leadership with strong skills in team training and motivation.
- Excellent communication abilities to address guest inquiries and issues professionally.
- MUST have open availability to work an/all shifts. (Nights/weekends/holidays etc.)
- NYC Food Handler Certification required; familiarity with HACCP protocols is a plus.
