Position: Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator
Provide advanced Microsoft 365 support for Logical Net customers across the full spectrum of the MS 365 suite. Install, configure, maintain, and secure Microsoft 365 E-mail, SharePoint, and Teams for multiple customers. Provide expertise for customers in collaborating with MS 365 tools. Must have at least 2 years of experience managing MS 365 environments and the ability to manage customer projects.
Duties include:
- Configuring, Securing, and maintaining customer E-mail environments.
- Migration of customers to MS 365 Email and MS SharePoint
- Configuring, Securing, and maintaining MS SharePoint services
- Protecting the MS 365 environment using 3rd party tools including backup, phishing, and Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
- Configuring DNS for E-mail including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Integration of MS 365 with support and business tools
- Managing MS 365 Licensing in a multitenant environment
- Mentoring and training help desk staff
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures
- Providing end-user documentation
- Stay up to date on changing features of the Microsoft 365 Suite
Requirements
- Strong communication and project management skills
- MS 365 E-mail configuration, provisioning, and migration
- SharePoint site configuration, provisioning, and migration
- MS 365 Intune and endpoint management
- Mobile Device Management
- Identity management through Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Demonstrated knowledge of DNS, SPF, DMAR, and DKIM
- Effective understanding of how to secure MS 365 Tenants
- Basic scripting and development skills using PowerShell
- Basic forensic and incident response capabilities
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
