Overview:

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands how technology solutions align with business needs and can effectively communicate and advocate for IT best practices. The Senior Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their IT strategy, security posture, and operational needs are met through Logical Net’s Managed IT and Security services.

As a key liaison between customers and internal teams, the Senior Account Manager will oversee technical proposals, business reviews, and project coordination, ensuring seamless service delivery. This role requires a combination of account management expertise, technical acumen, and consultative sales skills to guide clients through their digital transformation journey while maximizing business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted business relationships.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients on IT best practices, cybersecurity, compliance, and technology roadmaps.
  • Schedule and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess client needs, review IT performance, and present growth opportunities.

Account Growth & Revenue Retention

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services.
  • Develop and present business proposals, IT roadmaps, and service orders tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with internal sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client initiatives.

Customer Success & Project Oversight

  • Oversee IT projects for assigned clients, ensuring deliverables align with business objectives and milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, develop, and approve Statements of Work (SOWs) for new services and solutions.
  • Monitor ticket resolution and service performance, ensuring quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Billing & Financial Oversight

  • Review and verify monthly invoices, ticketing data, and project time entries to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Work with the finance team to address billing inquiries and ensure transparency in service charges.
  • Client Site Visits & Engagement
  • Travel as needed to client locations for in-person meetings, business reviews, and project discussions.
  • Conduct site assessments and evaluations to recommend IT infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or client-facing IT consulting roles.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions including Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Compliance, and VoIP services.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple client needs and priorities.
  • Experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) or CRM platforms such as Kaseya and ConnectWise.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS, CMMC, SOC 2) is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and align IT investments with business objectives.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites when needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $85-100K 
  • Bonus Structure & Performance-Based Incentives: Quarterly and annual performance-based incentives with opportunities for bonuses based on account growth and retention.
