Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller / First-Time Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our Managed IT and Cybersecurity Services, and scheduling first-time appointments for our sales team. You will play a critical role in our lead generation and sales pipeline by identifying decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce our MSP/MSSP services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, online databases, and cold calling efforts.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule first-time meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
- Script Adherence: Follow proven cold-calling scripts and refine messaging to improve engagement.
- CRM Management: Log all activities, update lead statuses, and track progress in our CRM system.
- Follow-Ups: Send follow-up emails, make reminder calls, and confirm appointments to ensure attendance.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and common pain points of potential customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Communication: Ability to confidently and professionally engage prospects over the phone.
- Resilience & Persistence: Comfortable handling rejection and making high-volume calls daily.
- Sales-Minded: Ability to identify opportunities, ask the right questions, and generate interest in our services.
- Attention to Detail: Keep accurate records and follow up effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity services is a plus (training provided).
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet call volume and appointment-setting goals.
- Experience: Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $42,000 - $50,000 per year (depending on experience).
