Pay: $24.52/hour

Position Details
Tasks:
- Receive, read, and organize resumes for open positions; screen candidates for the interviewing phase and connect viable candidates with hiring managers; advise candidates on the interview and hiring process
- Follow up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collect feedback when placement is unsuccessful to improve recruiting strategy
- Consult with department leadership to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant positions
- Update applicable databases and onboarding documentation in accordance with legal compliance standards to ensure information is organized, secure, and compliant; review documentation to ensure Logical Position polices are being followed
- Maintain compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations
- Assist leadership with team projects and attend in-person interviews as needed
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 1 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Friendly and upbeat personality while portraying Logical Position’s core values
- Ability to interpret resumes and employment needs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Proficient in maintaining Recruiting information in databases including applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively while working in a team or independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and telephone etiquette
