About Logical Position
Work Location: This hybrid role requires a minimum of 1 day in-office work at our Lake Oswego headquarters.
Pay: $23.07-$24.03/hour

Position Details
Tasks:
- Lead new hire orientation to ensure employees have a positive and engaging experience; set up employee profiles in the HRIS system and maintain all procedures and content related to new hire orientation for the HR and Recruiting departments
- Oversee I-9 maintenance to ensure compliance with employment regulations; facilitate conversations and problem solving with I-9 vendor as needed
- Complete updates to candidate information and run applicant tracking audits as needed to ensure recruiting systems are consistent and up to date
- Receive, read, and organize resumes for open positions while staying compliant with all State and Federal recruiting laws; pre-screen prospective employees while providing an engaging candidate experience that represents Logical Position’s core values
- Conduct phone screens as needed to ensure only quality candidates are invited to the interviewing process
- Provide support to the Recruiting and HR departments to complete projects and clerical work as needed
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Associates degree or relevant experience
- Basic understanding of HR or Recruiting best practices
- Comfortable speaking in front of an audience
- Ability to understand and explain basic policy related information to employees
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Friendly and upbeat personality while portraying Logical Position’s core values
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and in a timely manner
