Position Details


Tasks:

  • Create and maintain Sales performance tracking and reporting for key performance indicators, Sales Check-in’s, Introductory Period Evaluations, revenue reporting, marketing reporting, and other required reporting to help improve Sales performance and efficiency
  • Assist the Senior and/or Leadership with Sales system onboarding and training for all departments within the Sales organization to ensure that staff entering new positions are versed in Logical Position’s primary Sales systems
  • Maintain Sales lead pipelines, assignment, and performance tracking including Opportunity Pipelines, Inbound Leads, website chat, lead tracking, and pre-qualification to deliver leads to the most closely related salesperson, team, or region of origin pursuant to Sales' lead protocols
  • Maintain Sales collateral including email templates, playbooks, sequences, and workflows with the Database Administrator and Technology Development to ensure content is up to date and aligned with Logical Position's Sales policies
  • Assist with Marketing including quantifying and tracking lead key performance indicators to collect data on Logical Position's digital marketing return performance 

 

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • High Scholl Diploma/GED
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work well on a team and utilize systematic problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  • Reliable work ethic; highly organized and self-motivated to complete tasks independently
