Lead Frontend Developer (React)

Base salary in the range of $160,000 to $210,000 plus equity. Minimum Experience Required: 5 years of professional experience with React.js. Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time. Location: 100% Remote.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to lead our frontend team and drive the development of our user interfaces. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex UI features, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to our frontend architecture. What You'll Do:

• Lead the development of user interfaces using React.js.

• 5 years of professional experience with React.js.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Expertise in modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Experience with testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging.
