In this key role, you will leverage your technical expertise and program management skills to optimize our demo infrastructure, lead a high-performing team, and deliver compelling demonstrations that close deals and delight customers.

- Environment Oversight : Own the Sales Demo Environment to ensure stability, high performance, and impactful product demonstrations.
- Infrastructure Management : Oversee the configuration, scaling, and optimization of the underlying infrastructure supporting the demo environment.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of individual contributors, fostering growth and high performance.
- Deployment Automation : Develop and manage automated deployment pipelines to streamline updates and demo rollouts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other teams to align the demo environment with strategic business objectives.
- Monitoring & Alerting : Establish a comprehensive framework to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Security & Compliance : Uphold security measures and compliance standards within the demo environment.
