What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Helper / Warehouse position at Logicool Air Solutions LLC?
Logicool Air Solutions currently has an opening for an HVAC Helper. We are seeking the right individuals who desire long-term employment and who have a desire too establish a mutually beneficial relationship with our company. We are a small organization that is quickly becoming a highly rated Air Conditioning and Heating company. We are currently serving Corpus Christi, Texas, and the surrounding areas.
No HVAC experience is required. Possessing the following characteristics is a plus - Construction experience, knowledge of various tools, knowing how to use basic tools, Being mechanically inclined, Being ok with physically demanding and manual labor.
We expect all helpers to have the desire and ability to move up to a lead installer within a maximum of 6 months. We will provide extensive training on the installation of various HVAC components. It will be the responsibility of the HVAC Helper to train, LAS will provide all the resources necessary to further the advancement of the HVAC Helper. The HVAC Helper must be capable of making management aware of the areas where knowledge is lacking in order to effectively accomplish any task at hand.

Requirements
- Positive Attitude, Positive Go Getter, Show Initiative.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience driving with a trailer a plus.
- Be able to lift heavy objects.
- Be able to work in Hot Attics.
- Be able to work in tight spaces.
- Basic knowledge of the HVAC field a Plus.
- Use of common sense.
- Clean Background.
- Drug-Free.
- Clear Communication with Customers and Team Members.
- Follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
- Perform Given Tasks and Assignments with No Hand-Holding.

- This will position will require the performance of basic tasks in order to relieve the workload of our Service & Installation Departments. These tasks will be varied and will not always involve working directly on HVAC systems.
