What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bouncer/Security position at Logies on the Corner?
Logies on the Corner is looking for security professionals that possess excellent customer service skills. Applicants should be comfortable working as a team with the Security Team and other departments within the facility.
Applicants MUST be able to work the upcoming OU home games for the 2025 season, as well as key bar events & holidays
Responsibilities
- Patrol the facility and monitor entrances and exits
- Remove unauthorized people from property
- Check all patron identification to ensure the patron is of legal drinking age, and identify and remove patrons with fraudulent identification
- Descalate potential problems before there is an issue
- Secure all exits and buildings after operations are completed
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or unauthorized possessions
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to company policies and procedures
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the bar while patrolling
- Assist bar as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be available to work OU Football Gamedays for the 2024 season
- Team player, willingness to work with fellow security, kitchen staff, bartenders & management
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in patrolling properties.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
