Duties and Responsibilities:
Guest Experience:
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic service-oriented approach with all interactions, anticipating guest needs, and proactively offering assistance.
- Provide timely, discreet, and efficient room cleaning and turndown services, ensuring that each guest's stay is comfortable, enjoyable, and aligned with Logik's high standards.
Operational Flexibility:
- Cross-train with other departments to support a collaborative and flexible workforce, enabling a swift response to the dynamic needs of the hotel.
- Show adaptability by taking on additional responsibilities as needed, such as assisting with laundry duties or guest services, to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Sustainability and Innovation:
- Utilize eco-friendly cleaning practices and products, contributing to the hotel's sustainability goals.
- Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements, demonstrating an innovative mindset that drives continuous enhancement of guest experiences.
Quality and Standards:
- Adhere strictly to Logik's standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring every room and public area reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms for maintenance needs, liaising with the Maintenance Team to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
- Engage with the housekeeping team to share best practices and coordinate efforts, fostering an environment of learning and mutual support.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, embracing opportunities for professional development and performance improvement.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical agility and stamina to clean and maintain rooms, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Empathetic and guest-oriented, with the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure.
