Role Profile:
A Logility Sales Leader makes a difference as they lead their team through complex enterprise deals. We are looking for an individual that thrives both in the trenches and leading and mentoring those they manage. This role will help us expand our footprint in the west by driving profitable client growth, expanding our presence with existing clients, securing new clients, and by leading a growing team of sales professionals.
The successful Sales Leader has strong enterprise level sales and business experience and leans on that experience to both drive client satisfaction and create long-term client retention. You will have expertise within the Supply Chain domain to understand both new and existing client pain points and how our solutions can help.
Our Sales Leader will lead with great communication, effective decision making, superb planning and organization, and the ability to innovate through our process. You lead and mentor our sales professionals through continuous learning and development. Leading with Passion, Accountability, Curiosity, Integrity, and Teamwork will allow for success within this role.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Build and lead a team of sales professionals and indirect partners to drive bookings, client retention, and achieve annual revenue goals within the assigned territory
· Drive a mix of new logos and existing client accounts in the territory
· Collaborate with sales operations, marketing, and other resources to support territory business plan
· Establishing a strong value proposition and competitive positioning to enable profitable pricing structure
· Establish local business relationships & alliances
Requirements:
· Enterprise level sales leadership experience in a B2B software company
· Supply chain industry expertise
· Proven track record of successful enterprise sales
· Location: Close to an airport with the ability to travel approximately 60% of the time as client interaction is important
