- Analyze and document business processes and requirements.

- Define and document system requirements and specifications.
- Validate business requirements with stakeholders.Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with business and IT teams to understand needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop systems that meet business requirements.
- Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Coordinate with technical leads to document and implement changes.Project Management and Coordination
- Assist project managers with project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Manage, track, and follow up on action items and clarifications.
- Collaborate with various IT teams, QA, business teams, and vendors.Technical Documentation and Support
- Document architecture design, integration, and configuration requirements.

- Bachelor's degree : In a related field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- Finance Industry, or Captive Automotive Finance industry experience ? a plus
