What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales & Pricing Coordinator position at Logiqstar?

As Inside Sales & Pricing Coordinator you support the Sales and Operations Team to manage opportunities by sourcing pricing in accordance with the company’s main products (ocean, air, road). You provide customer quotes and negotiate with providers. You are responsible for following up on bookings and communicating with customers, agents, and suppliers worldwide. You have direct communication with customers and seek to find solutions to any problems. In addition, you have various contacts with shipping companies, customers, and transporters. You update offers on a regular basis and closely follow the purchase rates of the various shipping companies. As a coordinator, you motivate and coach your team of three differentiators to create a great working environment. You keep internal systems up to date with quotes, shipping instructions, and relevant data. You are also responsible for informing your colleagues in the departments concerned correctly and on time.
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
You hold a degree in international logistics or related areas. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who has experience with inside sales/ pricing within the logistics industry. You have strong knowledge of local carriers and you have developed an extensive network of local haulers, shipping agencies, and other logistic suppliers. You can deliver excellent service to customers and colleagues all over the world. You are a hands-on operations coordinator and have the drive and the skill to inspire, coach, and develop people. You have a proactive attitude, and are always solution-oriented. You are computer-literate and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You speak and write English fluently. You like a healthy level of stress in your role, and are willing to work for a business in full expansion mode.
