Job Title: Lead AI Developer UI Strategy
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Experience : 15 years
Required Skills:
- Experience with ReactJS
- Experience with Agentic AI Skills (AI Models, ML, LLM, Deep Learning)
- Experience building high performance solutions to leverage large data sets
- Experience with HTML5/CSS3
- Experience integrating with gl
- Experience with building BI widgets and GIS enabled visualizations (Azure Maps)
Responsibilities:
- Lead UI development team to support design, develop and deploy AI models that drive business value and innovation.
- Lead in creation and implementation of UI design layer strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Ability to use advanced mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques to gather and analyze data, identifying problems and developing solutions to improve efficiency in prompts.
- Developing and implementing UI components using React.js and/or Angular
- Integrate AI agents and autonomous systems for decision-making, workflow automation, and task delegation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Agentic Data engineers) to design and deliver new features.
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
