Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Tester on complex projects.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role managing testing teams and strategies.
- More than 7 years of experience in quality assurance, managing testing efforts across multiple high-profile projects.
- More than 5 years of experience reporting and presenting test results to stakeholders and senior management.
- At least 7 years of experience developing testing products, including test plans, test cases, automated scripts, and defect reporting documentation.
- 3-5 years of experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Katalon, etc.
- 3-5 years of experience with defect tracking and test planning tools like Jira, Jira plug-ins, or HP ALM/Quality Center.
- 3-5 years of experience in JavaScript or related programming languages for automated test script development.
- 3-5 years of experience supervising teams of quality analysts.
- 3-5 years of experience leading and facilitating meetings and workgroups.
- 3-5 years of experience creating reports and dashboards for test metrics using Jira or similar tools.
- 3-5 years of experience managing the defect lifecycle, including defect creation, monitoring, reporting, and retesting fixes.
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating with performance testing and security testing teams.
- 2-4 years of experience working with Fair Hearings and related systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
- Experience working with government agencies or human services programs.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, including SAFe or Scrum frameworks.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to health and human services programs.
