Required Skills:
- Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator, Receptionist, or similar role in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of dental insurance (verification, benefits, claims, and billing) and treatment plan coordination.
- Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and the dental team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage patient records accurately.
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
- Basic office skills (e.g., handling phone calls, filing, faxing, emailing).
