Role: Workday HCM Location: Marietta, GA
Key Skills
5 years implementation and support experience with Workday and/or other related HR systems
Be an expert in implementing and conguring Workday Core HCM and at least 2-3 of the following Recruiting, Onboarding, Benets, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Business Processes on a global scale.
Well-developed leadership and project management capabilities with demonstrated success completing multiple cross-functional, cross-business, and cross-cultural projects.
Proven ability to eectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines; must be able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis, and associated solution implementation.
Self-starter with proven ability to anticipate problems and take proactive, decisive action, giving regard to the impact on the system, business needs and user population
Solid understanding of software lifecycle development (SDLC) methodologies
Familiar with data privacy and other regulatory requirements
