We are seeking individuals with at GOOD WORK ETHIC to provide general labor duties at our busy port terminals. Must be willing to perform loading, unloading duties, rigging, maintenance, and cleaning tasks regularly. This position may also operate some small machines/equipment. Must be willing to work around water preparing cargo and following safety guidelines. Regular overtime is available and scheduling can and will include, nights and weekends while working in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities
Your new responsibilities:
- Prepare cargo for loading/unloading
- Follow loading plans
- Operate small equipment as instructed
- General housekeeping duties to maintain a safe work environment
- Regular heavy lifting duties
- Observe all safety rules and use good safety work habits.
You have the right qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Able to work around water
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout a shift
- Attention to detail and safety protocols
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Able to present information in one-on-one group situations with fellow employees and customers.
- Must have valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a TWIC card.
- Outgoing, friendly personality.
- Pay range $16-$18/hr. plus overtime
- Scheduling includes Shiftwork hours between 8-12 hours per day (days and/or nights) up to 7 days per week depending on vessel schedule.
