Assistant Operations Manager Summary The Assistant Operations Manager reports to the LOGISTEED-America, Inc. Deputy General Manager. This position requires excellent leadership skills along with the ability to monitor workflow in a fast-paced distribution operation, to oversee coaching and counseling of supervisors, and associates and have the ability to mentor and lead a diverse team to success. Additionally, including but not limited to: Must be able to communicate and interact with Senior Company Management and Customers in a productive and professional mannerLead daily operations team resulting in successful results that are reflected in established key performance indicators (KPIs).
