What are the responsibilities and job description for the Freight Forwarding, Licensed Customs Broker position at LOGISTEED America, Inc.?
The Licensed Customs Broker works in collaboration with the Import Operations Manager – CHB – and reports to the LOGISTEED-America, Inc. Branch Manager.
This position’s primary responsibility is to ensure the Brokerage Operations Team have the tools, training and leadership to perform at top capacity. This role will involve and support the day-to-day operations of the Import and Brokerage team as required. Being a Change Agent, this role will be responsible for ensuring best practices are achieved. As a true team player, this position will ensure effective oversight and training of the Brokerage Operations staff.
