JOB PURPOSE

The Exporting Auditor is responsible to oversee and process the daily submission of shipping loads sent by customers and clients.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Sort and inspect incoming mail and emails for invoicing.
• Verify incoming bills of lading (BOL) regarding LDi?s vendors, carriers, and customers information for invoicing.
• Contact LDi?s freight broker agents to gather customer requirements.
• Input verified bills and export them into the accounting system for customer billing and carrier payments.
• Interact with internal personnel and agent office for accuracy of invoices.
• Support the Accounting team for missing items or requests.
• Coordinate with other internal teams to help resolve delivery problems.
• Assist with coverage of absent teammates and availability for weekend coverage, as needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year(s) of auditing or data entry experience.
• Logistic experience is a plus, but not required.
• Eye for details and accuracy is imperative.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.
