Logistics Administrative Solutions (LAS) offers streamlined solutions in accounting, hiring, payroll, and training, as well as safety guidance and buying consolidation services within the logistics and transportation industry.
We are currently hiring Project Lead
The Project Lead will support projects throughout LAS and will require a great deal of travel with varying hours depending upon the assignment.

Job Responsibilities of the Project Lead:
- Leads one high-level sub-project or multiple lower-level sub-projects; and/or resources with ability to make changes, as appropriate, to monitor progress and keep projects on schedule
- Lead or facilitate weekly project meetings and calls
- Maintain accountability among team members
- Submit weekly reports to management outlining current project status
- Coordinate team resources, responsibilities, and deadlines
- Implement project plans and new business proposals
- Identify and direct routing changes
- Travel to various regions to manage business efforts
- Train various individuals throughout the company including Terminal Managers, Dispatch, and additional staff
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements of the Project Lead:
- Two years' experience in leading projects preferred
- Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must be willing and available to travel extensively - up to 90%
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Outlook or other Project Management software required
- Initiate a high level of judgement in making business decisions
- Proactively undertake greater workload responsibilities
- Deadline oriented with strong attention to detail
- Provide constant process improvement solutions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
