Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Provide expertise to support the development and maintenance of schedules for complex acquisition programs.
- Conduct Critical Path analysis.
- Develop executive level schedule metrics and management reports.
- Evaluate schedules provided by contractors, other agencies, and internal entities.
- Attend program / project meetings to discuss and review schedules.
- Develop and conduct training of scheduling standards / best practices and processes / procedures.
- Provide information and reporting, including trend analysis, and project performance.
