Overview

LMI is seeking a Senior Service Designer to support an exciting military health client engagement. This position will join a team of innovators, designers, and technologists to support the design, start-up, and management of an innovation cell for the military health client- an internal process, technology, and workforce accelerator program, where mission-enabling ideas are prototype, tested, and scaled. This cell will develop innovative processes and technology that directly impact both the quality care that servicemembers receive and the readiness of our national defense organizations. The LMI team will conduct an initial assessment to enable the organization stand-up, and will then provide management and acceleration support to enable innovation cell day-to-day operations. As a Senior Service Designer, the selected candidate will drive user-centered solutions from conception through implementation, ensuring the alignment of services with user and organizational goals.
