- Recommend acquisition and property accountability-related inputs for strategic assessments, operational planning, and requirements analysis processes
- Assess information on proposed logistics approaches for providing support to operating forces
- Evaluate and recommend the integration of key logistics inputs in scenario/simulation development
- Research and analyze specific logistics-related challenges
- Collect, evaluate, assess, and recommend scenario related activities for execution
- Produce after-action reports for scenario-related events which specifically detail lessons learned, identify conditions impacting mission accomplishment, and provide recommendations to improve future execution
- Recommend leveraging data analytic capabilities for areas of specific interest, such as technologies and/or processes related to: Big Data, AI/ML, and Data Science
- Provide options for efficient data management
- Identify and resolve operating and support deficiencies
- Assess deployed operational and sustainment capabilities
- Develop strategies to optimize program performance
- Compile, analyze, and report on execution of program activities
- Participate in organizational updates by developing and presenting briefing materials, drafting meeting agendas and minutes, and tracking action items to resolution
- Inform sponsor of operational risks and proposed mitigating action
- 10 years of logistics experience and a Bachelor‘s degree in logistics management, business, management, or a related discipline; or 15 years with the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or other federal agencies logistics experience
- Minimum of 12 years supporting DoD property management, acquisition, and development experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting SOF-unique logistics requirements to include procurement, movement, and termination of MFP-11 procured assets
- Experience in the conduct of pre-deployment site surveys, acquiring SOF-unique assets including the following: vehicles, ammunition, certified and non-certified landing zones, meeting locations, and lodging
- 5 years experience in working with Intelligence Community (IC) partners
- Practical experience in planning military supply chain activities
- Operational experience in sustaining requirements for both conventional units and SOF
- Creative thinker and effective problem-solver
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written; experience in interacting with Department of Defense (DoD) senior military and civilian leader.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders across the SOF Enterprise
- A team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
- Must hold an active Top Secret (TS) with Secret Compartmentalized Information (SCI) eligibility throughout the life cycle of the contract.
Targeted Salary Range: $75,000-$130,000
