Job Description
This Mid-Level Logistics Analyst position requires working closely with the client's team to provide integrated logistics support (ILS) principles in support of planning, acquiring, and managing the operation of technology and capabilities. The selected candidate will collect, monitor, and track deployed system performance, develop plans and metrics for maintenance and repair requirements, and identify and resolve operating and support deficiencies.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Participating in technical interchange meetings and supporting planning and implementation of system engineering changes
* Working with designated Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to stay abreast of contract changes, issues, and challenges
* Preparing documents in support of COR to facilitate government acceptance of equipment, repairs, services, and other contract deliverables
* Inputting, querying, and analyzing data from numerous CBP database sources, and preparing reports as requested
Requirements
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
* 4 years of logistics experience and a bachelor's degree in logistics management, business, or a related discipline; or 7 years of logistics experience
* Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to effectively solve problems, gather and validate requirements, and monitor contract technical performance
