Pay: $28 to $30 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves the accurate handling, storage, and processing of packages and inventory. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and possess a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) regularly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Follow all company warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.

WORK SCHEDULE:
- Monday through Friday, flexible start times based on operational needs.
- Full-time position, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Overtime opportunities available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
