THE ROLE

Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and relationships, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive accounting solutions to clients
- Conduct regular client meetings to review financial statements and discuss business strategy
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Expert on advising how to run a profitable business (provide tips and tricks on monthly calls to help our designers)
- Driving deliverables by making sure support staff has everything in by specific deadlines
- Project manage onboarding of new clients
THE ROCKSTAR
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in client management, accounting -or- interior design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simplified way to our clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Quickbooks Online
