This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone who thrives on structure, loves being the behind-the-scenes driver, and enjoys keeping things on track, formatted, scheduled, and delivered with consistency and polish.
In this role, you won’t be responsible for designing graphics, building websites, developing marketing strategies, or engaging in frontline sales. Instead, you will have a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the inner workings of both the sales and marketing teams at a growing software company. You will play a central role in ensuring that operations run smoothly. This position is designed to serve as a springboard for future opportunities in marketing and/or sales with LogistiVIEW.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Execution
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating content distribution and schedules for social media and digital campaigns while monitoring campaign performance
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage promotional items, print materials, and other deliverables like ads, podcasts, videos, and blog posts
- Format blog posts, emails, and other marketing content by adding visuals, links, and branding according to templates and guidelines
- Maintain and organize marketing assets in Teams/SharePoint, updating content libraries, and ensuring everything stays on brand
- Support the VP of Sales and Marketing in managing social post boosting and digital ad spend
- Organize logistics for various industry events, webinars, and tradeshows, including vendor coordination, booth setup, registration, travel planning, and shipping materials
- Represent the company at events, as needed, while handling logistics, setup, and lead capture
- Use templates to prepare sales materials and presentations, tailoring content for specific prospects as needed
- Maintain and organize sales and marketing assets across platforms (Teams, SharePoint, CRM)
- Attend sales meetings to take notes, track next steps, and ensure follow-through
- Communicate with clients and prospects to confirm appointments and follow up on inquiries
- Act as the day-to-day execution partner for the VP of Sales and Marketing by keeping calendars, task lists, and deliverables on track
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role, preferably in B2B or technology industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), project management tools, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office 365
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and client engagement strategies
- Role may require up to 10% travel
- Experience in coordinating trade shows or large-scale events
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and sales enablement tools
- Graphic design or basic layout experience using Canva
- Experience in Supply Chain or SAAS Marketing and Sales
