- Logitech is proud to support a hybrid/remote work culture. However, to meet the demands of the business and ensure partner care, this is a full-time, remote role that is located in Pennsylvania, Ohio or Texas. Please note: we are unable to accommodate other locations at this time.

- Channel Strategy & Management: Develop and lead strategic plans to drive sales growth and market share expansion through key channel partners. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and manage the overall performance of channel accounts.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing any issues, providing support, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving demand and increasing product adoption. Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to drive sales.
- Business Planning: Develop detailed business plans for each key account, including sales targets, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Sales Enablement: Equip channel partners with the tools, resources, and information they need to effectively sell Logitech products.
- Channel Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to assess achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Develop action plans to address any performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Strategic Alliances: Build and nurture strategic alliances with key industry players, technology partners, and influencers. Explore opportunities for joint ventures, co-development projects, and collaborative initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Use insights to adjust strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Field sales, marketing, product management, System Engineers and customer support, to ensure alignment on goals and execution of plans.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of channel programs. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to channel partners on Logitech products, sales techniques, and promotional strategies. Ensure partners have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Peer Mentorship: As a Sr member of the Logitech sales team, act as a peer mentor to other channel sales managers to help elevate the performance of the overall team
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- You have exceptional relevant experience working with senior leaders within national channel organizations including account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Modern Workplace technology and headset category knowledge
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners, experience working with Connection and SHI is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability and willingness to travel approx. 50% of the time throughout your assigned territory.
