- This entry-level role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and connect with leads via phone to introduce our products and services.
- Set qualified appointments for the Sales team and coordinate online meetings.
- Manage the pipeline using CRM software and ensure efficient task execution.
- Make 40-65 dials per day to maintain a high level of engagement.
- Work closely with senior sales agents for mentorship and guidance.
- Maintain detailed notes and records of interactions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 1 years of experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and high energy.
- Outgoing with the ability to connect/talk with a wide range of personalities.
- Experience in automotive or e-commerce is a plus.

Job Requirements:
- Must pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, and drug testing).
- Regular in office attendance is required. 8 Hour Shifts.
