Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst Lead to join our Treasury Support team at Huntington Bank. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis within the financial services industry, focusing on Treasury applications. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver multiple Treasury project / reporting initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that business needs are met accurately and efficiently. The candidate will need to have a strong technical background in ETL processes, SQL, Windows servers, job monitoring tools (e.g., Zena), and ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage business analysis efforts for Treasury related projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business users, IT teams, and regulatory experts) to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with data standards at Huntington.
- Oversee projects and support applications, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
- Provide expertise in data flow and integration across systems, especially utilizing SSIS ETL processes.
- Use SQL for querying databases, data validation, and troubleshooting issues in applications.
- Leverage job monitoring tools like Zena to ensure the health of data pipelines and to resolve any job failures or issues proactively.
- Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow team for incident and change management, ensuring timely resolution of issues and project tracking.
- Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and status updates for senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for business users and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Continuously improve business analysis processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables.
