We seek a highly skilled President's Assistant to provide essential administrative support reporting directly to the President.
The successful candidate will have experience in Onboarding, Accounts Receivable, and Payable, and a college degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the President.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and prioritizing tasks.
- Drafting and editing professional correspondence, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Maintaining accurate and organized filing systems.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Previous success in office management; experience in Application Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data and Analytics, DevOps, Low Code Development, and Digital Assurance.
