Location: Bedford, MA; Hybrid
This Role:
Provide operational support across multiple teams and applications. Support functions include user setup and logins, user access, data updates and standardization, data import, ETL processes, and configuration settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure user accounts and assist with user login and access issues.
- Create, update, and execute data load SQL scripts.
- Facilitate new client onboarding and support.
- Manage support ticket status and assignments.
- Provide general first level production support.
Qualifications:

Required:
- 5 years of technical support experience, preferably supporting multi-tiered web applications.
- Knowledge of application development tools and practices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and transactional database operations with ability to create SQL queries.
- Familiarity with SQL Server functions including jobs, linked servers and security.
- Experience with data import tools and ETL processes.
- Experience with HTML and scripting languages including JavaScript and jQuery.
- Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, analytical with solid troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
- Electronic Health Record project experience preferred.
- Experience working with a global team in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience with version control software, ticketing systems and support applications
