As a Refund Specialist at LogixHealth, you will work independently to provide cutting-edge solutions that will directly improve business operations. This Role:

- Print all refund paperwork daily
- Review all daily print logs and refunds for accuracy
- Approved refunds in the reporting portal
- Review/Match all refund checks received
- Mail all refund checks
- Research/resolve uncashed checks

Required:
- 10 key pad oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- One to two years related experience
