What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor, Audit & Contracting position at LogixHealth?
Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA
This Role:
As a Supervisor at LogixHealth, you will work with the Senior Manager, Team Lead, and other members of management in the Audit & Contracting department. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to assist in supervising staff and departmental processes.
The ideal candidate will have proven technical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience in third-party billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate training for new hires
- Work collaboratively to develop new processes and reinforcement of existing processes with the Senior Manager and Director
- Work with LogixHealth India team to ensure Carrier Payment Audits are completed actively and timely
- Update staff on any new client/contract information and/or processes to be followed related to revenue
- Manage staff workload and productivity

Required:
- Prior knowledge of reimbursement expectations
- Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Strong knowledge of third party medical billing practices
- Prior knowledge of the NSA
