Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and delivering tailored printing solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and recommend appropriate LogoJET solutions.
· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
· Conduct product demonstrations, both in person and virtually, to showcase the benefits and capabilities of LogoJET printers.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, applications, technical and customer support, to optimize the sales process and customer satisfaction.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
· Achieve KPI Goals
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities daily in CRM software, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
· Attend trade shows periodically
Qualifications:
· 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or technical sales.
· Experience in the printing, customization, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, client meetings, and training sessions.
