We are currently looking to hire an entry level Design Engineering professional to join our team. This will be the first design position in the Hebron, KY location. This new position will help to develop a new method of design and the accompanying rules and standards for our future global design environment.

What You Do
This role is also unique in that a major task is to help develop a new design method which will help to standardize designs and allow for seamless creation of project specific modifications (such as changing a lifting height) and also of customer models out of the master file. This development will be together with management which will require a self-motivated individual with a strong technical understanding. This role also provides the opportunity for growth as we add additional designers in the USA after establishing and developing this first position.
As a Design Engineer for LOGOMAT automation systems, Inc., you will help to develop the next generation of products for assembly and test conveyance. The products we are designing must be very functional and standardized and optimized for manufacturing and assembly. Quality is also a major concern of our so we must make sure it is robust and works well in different environments for years.

What You HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Previous proven experience in 3D Design (preferably Inventor)
- Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of conveyor function/operation
- Ability to work with an international team and follow design procedures
