Logoplaste is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join the team in Plainfield, IL (USA).
SUMMARY
Key Tasks & Activities..
The Warehouse Coordinator I is directly responsible for the supervision of all warehouse activities to ensure successful and accurate delivery of product meets the customer.
- Assists the manager in supervision of all internal and external warehouse activities to maintain sustained service levels to customers
- Maintains physical condition and organization of internal and external warehouses
- Gives hands on assistance for loading and unloading if necessary to assist the shifts to complete loads or paperwork
- Maintains Daily Inventory of all FG & RM for both plants.
- Participates in monthly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.. Ensures monthly inventory of warehouse and accurately reports all information
- Ensures all paperwork to customer is accurate when shipping product
- Records and processes warehouse documentation as well as safety records
- Ensures Forklifts / Equipment are properly maintained
