What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activity Management Plan (AMP) Manager position at LogZone, Inc.?

Essential Functions:
- Recommends appropriate members from across the squadron and installation are assigned to and actively participate in the Sub-AMP Working Groups at least quarterly.
- Maintains accountability of entire asset inventory and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Implements Higher Head Quarters (HHQ) standards for real property account and linear segmentation to define all Sub-AMP assets.
- Coordinates mission priorities for each asset through local leadership.
- Develops and maintains a process to ensure all physical feature, cost account, asset performance, and life-cycle programming data is accurately associated with those specific assets.
- Performs annual review of applicable NexGen-IT or other database information to maintain accurate inventory with assigned Sub-AMP asset. Ensures accurate capitalization of all Sub-AMP assets upon receipt of required documentation.
- Performs semi-annual review of asset inventory with respect to performance date (failures, service calls, man-hours/material cost, energy use, etc.) to detect any abnormalities with respect to the expected lifecycle performance.
- Evaluates and identifies the root cause of the abnormalities.
- Determines the magnitude and impact of the abnormalities on factors such as energy use, system reliability, mission risk, and plant operation cost.
- Recommends the scope and cost alternatives for solution/requirements to remedy root causes of abnormality to mitigate risk and maximize return on investment. Aligns requirement to proper execution methods (Preventative Maintenance, In-Service Work Program, Assets Management Program).
- Coordinates Facility condition inspection Visits (e.g., Sustainable Infrastructure Assessments [SIA]) and makes available appropriate PR data from assessment to Real Property Office.
Contractor supporting this position at the base level shall have the following educational and experience levels (Energy Management Certification such as Certified Energy Manager [CEM]) from the Association of Energy Engineers, or equivalent):
- A minimum of a Master's degree in engineering, architecture, mathematics, or physical sciences substantially relevant to facility and infrastructure type projects from accredited institutions within the 50 United States and a minimum of 3 years of military facility/infrastructure energy related experience are required and have a current CEM Certification Work OR
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, mathematics, or physical sciences substantially relevant to facility and infrastructure type projects from accredited institutions within the 50 United States and 6 years military facility/infrastructure energy related experience and have a current CEM Certification. OR
- A Bachelor of Science degree from accredited institutions within the 50 United States and a minimum of 10 years' of military facility/infrastructure energy related experience and have a current CEM Certification. OR
- A minimum of a 2 year technical degree in mechanical or electrical field from accredited institutions within the 50 United States and a minimum of 20 years' military facility/infrastructure experience (ten of which shall be energy related) and have a current CEM Certification.
- Shall successfully complete Work Management (WMGT) 131 SMS (Sustainment Management System) BUILDER Level 1 and WMGT 231 SMS BUILDER Level 2.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
