Essential Functions :
- Responsible for planning and determining the distribution and positioning of supplies; tracking of quantity, source and type of supplies; and conducting daily count of supplies.
- The Inventory Specialist will perform technical warehouse shipping and physical receiving, and some clerical duties in combination with ongoing supply activities.
- The work also involves analytical work in managing, regulating, coordinating or otherwise exercising control over supplies, equipment, or other warehoused material.
- Shall be knowledgeable and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application software such as : Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
